Posted by Webmaster on 15. April 2011 16:30

The US Department of Energy, Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) and Lawerence Berkley National Laboratory (LBNL) are collaborating with Dow to accelerate the adoption of cool roof technologies in the U.S.  This research will introduce new solar reflective technologies that would increase energy savings by over 50% for new and existing commercial buildings. This new and innovative research will focus on improving the long-term resistance to dirt pick up and microbial growth on white elastomeric roof coatings. Check out Dow's press release for more information.
