It explains the benefits of getting public videos, as well as the reviews and approvals that public videos require. A Small Change to the Video Standards Lets Your Videos Be Viewed on iOS Devices

We just changed the EERE Video Standards to give you a huge bang for your buck. Going forward, EERE-skinned videos will be visible to users on iOS platforms that don't support Flash, such as iPhones and iPads. All you have to do is upload your videos in MP4 format, and the rest is handled for you by the video skin. [More]
