There are two new additions to the print section of Communication Standards to help you and your program develop high-quality print products. The EERE certificate template provides a template for awards and acknowledgements across EERE and its program offices and initiatives. The new version of the EERE Identity and Design guidelines includes guidance on which fonts to use for EERE products targeted towards children of varying ages.

The EERE certificate templates are available in green and blue on the new Certificate Templates page. Each template is available as a Microsoft Word file, and all text fields are editable.

The new version of the EERE Identity and Design Guidelines can be found on several pages in the Publications, Templates, and Logos section. Page 11 shows the preferred font for headlines and body copy for products targeted towards children. There are separate suggested font sets for grades K-6 and 7-12.

As always, if you have any questions you can ask in the blog comments or send an email to the Communication Standards webmaster. We're always glad to answer your questions!
