Geothermal technology project gets $96.8 million loan guarantee

Neal Hot Springs site where a 23 megawatt geothermal power plant will be developed.

The Neal Hot Springs geothermal project is expected to create approximately 150 construction jobs, over a dozen permanent jobs and many more supply chain jobs across several states. Drilling at the site in the 1970s resulted in a discoverly of significant geothermal potential. [More]
