Union County, in the northeast corner of New Mexico right next to Oklahoma, has completed the implementation phase of its energy efficiency project for its WPA-era courthouse.Since the courthouse has a historic designation, creative engineering was called for.  A new heating and cooling system was installed by delivering the entire system through the courthouse's crawl space and attic space.
