In an effort to help Colorado’s businesses in this economic downturn, Governor Bill Ritter, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) announced two new programs today that will finance, through Recovery Act funding, energy-efficiency improvements in commercial buildings and renewable energy businesses in Colorado.  In the words of Energy Secretary Steven Chu, “Colorado is serving as an engine for the clean energy economy and a laboratory of innovation.”  Click here to read more about this story.
