In an effort to help Colorado’s businesses in this economic downturn, Governor Bill Ritter, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) announced two new programs today that will finance, through Recovery Act funding, energy-efficiency improvements in commercial buildings and renewable energy businesses in Colorado.
