DOE is partnering with NACo, NASEO and other national organizations to build a library of RFPs. This library will house sample language for requests for proposals (RFPs) from EECBG and SEP grantees and subgrantees for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects related to eligible EECBG grant activities.
The RFPs will be organized by eligible activity type. See below for details.
Please send electronic copies of RFPs for state, city, county and tribal energy efficiency and renewable energy projects to Kristine Pico at kristine.pico@ee.doe.gov. Please put the following in the subject line of the email:
A) the type of entity that can use the RFP (city, county, contractor, all types, other)
B) the eligible activity to which the RFP pertains.
