Please join us for a webinar on Davis-Bacon Act compliance. Our lead presenter is the DOL’s Chief of Government Contracts Enforcement – Mr. Tim Helm. Given his role, Tim’s presentation offers a unique opportunity for all grantees/subgrantees and their contractors as DOL is ultimately responsible for overseeing and enforcing DBA Compliance. Since DOL staff members will be conducting inspections regarding DBA compliance, it will be very useful to hear from Tim directly.

We will repeat the same webinar twice in one day to accommodate different time zones and schedules. The webinar will be held from 10 AM - 11:30 AM ET on Monday 9/27 and then will be repeated from 3 PM - 4:30 PM ET on Monday 9/27.
