Learn about the FHA PowerSaver Loan program that was recently announced by Vice President Biden and HUD Secretary Donovan. HUD/FHA is seeking expressions of interest from lending institutions to participate in the program. PowerSaver will offer low-cost, federally insured financing for home energy improvements. This webinar is being hosted by representatives from HUD and will provide information on the following:

- Description of the PowerSaver loan product for home energy improvements,
- Overview of the opportunity for DOE Recovery Act grantees to participate in the program, and
- Next steps to attract local lending partners to participate in the pilot program.
