This webinar will discuss the role a municipal Sustainability Manager can play at the city or county level. Many grantees have hired or are planning on hiring a Sustainability or Energy Resource Manager for the first time using their EECBG funds, and are still establishing roles and responsibilities. The webinar will feature the Philadelphia Sustainability Director discussing the City’s efforts, as well as an ICF expert discussing best practices from other regions, including the benefits of having a sustainability manager, coordination with other municipal offices and programs, and options for organizing and supporting a local program.
